Section 122
Vehicles should not be kept in a dangerous manner

(1) No vehicle shall be placed in any public place in such a manner as to cause danger, hindrance or inconvenience to any other vehicle or person.
(2) If a vehicle breaks down while driving, if it is not possible to take the vehicle to another place immediately, it should be kept on the left side of the road in such a way as to avoid accidents, so that it can be seen from a distance by other vehicles at night.
